Refunds & Returns

Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Your request may be refused, if ordering specially made products or items not usually stocked please do your research first. Return of goods supplied as ordered will incur a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed.

Request for the return of goods must be made by email or phone (08) 8381 1932 within 7 days of the date of invoice. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

Please take care when placing your order You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you, or do not do what they are supposed to do. As per Consumer Affairs Law.

If these policy criteria are met, goods must be returned in original packaging along with proof of purchase. Please note that customers will be responsible for postage and handling costs.

All goods are described in as much detail as we can. If you are unsure of your specific requirements please contact us before placing your order. If you need to return or exchange goods purchased a Shipping Fee will be charged.

Warranty of Goods

For warranty of any goods purchased from the Pool Supermarket, please email or phone (08) 8381 1932 & log your request. You will be then instructed on your the best way to have your problem rectified.

You will be required to send your item back to the Pool Supermarket to have your warranty dealt with. All goods that require servicing must be returned to us at the customers expense.
