Shipping Information

Delivery on most products will incur a $40.00 delivery charge.

 

All items with free shipping will be shown with a "free shipping banner"

 

All orders will be despatched as quickly as possible. If you order before 2pm on a business day, we will endeavour to ship your product that day!

 

If items are in-stock, most orders leave from our Adelaide warehouse.

 

Approximate delivery times: Adelaide 1-2 days,  Melbourne 1-2 days, Sydney 2-3 Days, Brisbane 4-5 days Far North Qld 7-10 days, Perth 5-7 days Far North WA 7-10 days Darwin 5-7 days

 

If the item ordered is not in-stock you will be notified by email & an estimate delivery time will be given.

 

Orders are dispatched daily from our Adelaide Warehouse during normal business hours. Please note that in peak season there may be minor delays due to high volume of orders.

 

The bulk of our products are shipped via Toll Express. Services are secure and reliable and each parcel carries a barcode allowing us to fully track your parcel. Please click here to track your delivery. https://online.toll.com.au/trackandtrace/

 

A signature will be required on delivery and if you are not home to receive your parcel, a delivery card will be left in your letterbox informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-delivery. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch and are not refundable. With this in mind, it's best to supply a work delivery address whenever possible (ensure you can accept them at work).

 

Rural and remote addresses, where delivery is not provided every day, may take longer.

 

Pool Supermarket cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Occasionally, some delays may occur from our carriers that we have absolutely no control over. In these circumstances, Pool Supermarket will not be liable for any delays, expenses or damages incurred.

 

Customers must ensure that they enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, Pool Supermarket is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
